2. Initial Service Commitment
To establish and optimize your lead generation system, we require an initial commitment of 3 months. During this period, we work closely with you to develop, test, and refine strategies tailored to your business goals.
3. Result Guarantee and Fees
- Three-Month Guarantee: We aim to deliver effective results through our services, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes within the initial three-month period due to the nature of lead generation and variable factors involved.
- Performance-Based Payment: If, after the initial three months, you are not receiving measurable results from our lead generation efforts, you will not be charged for ongoing services until you start seeing results. In this case, we will continue working with you to improve outcomes.
- Guaranteed Results or No Payment: We are committed to achieving results. If we do not deliver measurable results even after the initial three-month period and continued service, you are not obligated to pay for the services until successful results are achieved.
4. Payment Terms
- Service Fees: Payments for services are initially invoiced on a monthly basis for the three-month period. If results are not achieved, future payments are deferred until positive results are observed.
- Refunds: If results are not achieved within the agreed-upon timeframe, our performance-based payment clause will apply, and you will not be charged further until we deliver results.
5. Confidentiality and Data Use
We value your privacy and handle any information you provide with confidentiality. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we handle data. Any marketing data, customer lists, or other proprietary information you share with us will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible results, we require your cooperation in providing necessary information, feedback, and access to data relevant to your business goals. Consistent communication helps us adapt our strategies to achieve your desired results.
7. Limitation of Liability
3X Lead Generation will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services. Our result-based guarantee limits your financial commitment in cases where desired results are not achieved.
8. Modification of Terms
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website with the revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Termination of Agreement
Both parties reserve the right to terminate the agreement at any time. If the agreement is terminated before the end of the initial three-month period, any outstanding fees for services already rendered will be due.
